When reporting a maintenance problem, please slowly state your name, address, telephone number and a detailed description of your problem. Repair people can either enter (with permission) when you are not at home or you can request an appointment time. Either way, please be specific (STATE: “You have permission to enter when we are gone” OR “Please call and make an appointment when we are home”). Please allow 2 business days for response on non-emergency requests.
All Repairs Must be Submitted via the Innago Tenant’s Portal: https://my.innago.com/
Tenants will not be charged for legitimate repairs, however any repairs that are a result of tenant negligence will be charged to the tenant.
